Questions about Uploading on PS4

Ive reached my max with downloads I think when it comes to parts and images. I think im just gonna delete my file save and on the fire pro save however before i do that, i have saved people i downloaded and copied so that i didnt have to keep downloading updates to the wrestlers. I want to reupload some of them as some of the parts have since been deleted. If i upload the wrestler, do the part automatically get uploaded as well?
