Why do people like itlog na maalat so much?
Di ko talaga sya maappreciate mula nung bata pa ako hanggang ngayong me edad na ako? It's dry as hell and it doesn't even taste good to me. It has the salty taste of pure soy sauce, fish sauce or bagoong, but not the umami. Please educate me itlog na maalat enjoyers, anong nalalasahan nyo rito at bat gusto nyo sya?
