Mog Station is Genuinely ridiculous

I recently bought the start edition of the game and coming up on the end of my play period, and to the point where I would need to start paying a subscription, so I go to Mog station to begin doing that and get prompted to upgrade to a "standard account" and have to input information. This would be completely fine, if it wasn't for the fact that no matter how I entered my address, It simply refused to take it. I did everything people online said to do to try and fix it, from switch to 3 separate browsers, Using nothing but spaces, letters and numbers, and inputting every possible variation of my address, including exactly how it is depicted on my driver's license, and to no avail. I even tried using a relatives address with their permission, and it still didn't accept it. Maybe it's because I live in a very rural area, but I simply cannot get it to accept my address, and without it doing that, I cannot start my subscription, and thus can't give SE money to play their game.

They seem to try really, really hard to make it so you DON'T give them money by making their site so obnoxiously confusing and inconvenient, and as someone who really has come to love this game, it's so disappointing to me that it is attached to a company that seemingly cares nothing at all about the people who give them their money. Its even more ridiculous that one of the most popular, global MMO's in the world right now is still having so many issues of these issues that using their website is notoriously bad. This post is more of a vent than anything, but If anyone has any ideas, please let me know. I've already submitted a support ticket and am waiting for support to open.
