RESTRICTED MESSAGES

hi, for some reason I have been getting restricted in my main account for no reason at all. i am positive that i have never violated the community standards. so how am i getting restricted every single time? i could not contact my landlord because i have been restricted for 24 hours.

is there any fix to this? or is anyone experiencing the same problem?
