Is F45 a place for beginners?
I don’t know much about F45, but there’s a studio that’s convenient to me. Will I be totally lost as someone new to HITT?
I also really worry about the group element. I’m motivated and healthy but have never been the strongest or fastest, and I haven’t worked out regularly in several years. I don’t want to be the one slowing down a group or always in “last”.
