2022 5.0 transmission temp cold weather

hello all, new f150 owner. this morning in Michigan it's about 0 degrees Fahrenheit outside and on a 20 mile drive to work, the trans only warmed up to 1/4 temp. is this normal behavior? thank you for any input!
