Small rant about the Ford dealer network.

My 2016 2.7 had been an absolute gem. 140k miles with no significant issues.

I am however in need of some new brakes. The plan is jump onto ford parts, order the parts I need and pick it up at my local dealer. Something I've done numerous times in the past. This time the I kept getting an error at checkout. I tried different PC's with different browsers and no luck. Anyway, not that big of a deal. I'll just go to the dealer and do it the old fashioned way.

I go the dealer and request a quote for the parts I need. They come back and quote me a price significantly higher than ford parts did. Ford parts had the front rotors listed at $117/rotor and the dealer told me $200/rotor. What the hell? Why would it be so drastically different?
