evansville pet peeve

It annoys the piss out of me that it seems like everyone in evansville thinks N green river road (green river north of morgan ave) has a 35/40 speed limit when its a 45. i have to take this road to get to work and its a daily occurrence getting stuck behind people who are going 35. its especially frustrating because the speed limit is posted multiple times and yet no one seems to know. EDIT: didnt realize asking people to drive the posted speed limit was controversial my bad edit x2: just because i said drive or move and that offended you doesnt mean im wrong. drive or get the fuck out of the way.
