All ground sense, niche zero or something else altogether? [£1000]

I'm in the market for a new grinder and have decision paralysis. I prefer medium to darker roasts and like more body and chocolatey flavours.

I had ordered the sense as I am keen to move to GBW, but would it give any appreciable improvement on the DF54 given they are both flat burrs. I'll admit my palate is not well developed.

Would the niche zero be a better option for me due to the conical burrs and my preferred flavour. I have also read that it has a more forgiving sweet spot which definitely increases its allure!

Is there a GBW that will be as good for medium to dark roasts.

Or am I likely to not notice a difference between the DF54 and should fight the upgraditis!
