How hard is it to find a (stundent)apartment nearby Twente University?

Next year I'll (hopefully) start studying at a university. I'm really interested in a few studies at Twente University, but I live too far away.

Is it difficult finding a place? I've read about the campus, which could be nice if there's space. Does anyone have experience and tips in finding a place there?
