Possibly an unpopular opinion

If you took the time to build a rally point or place an APC, you should have priority spawning on said point/APC. I shouldn't have to wait for the other players in the que to spawn on MY rally point. Also, shouldn't have to wait for the cool down after each spawn either. Anyone else agree? Disagree? Why?

EDIT: for clarification, by "cooldown" I mean the cool down that takes place after someone uses a rally point or APC. It's 5 seconds for rally and I believe 15 or 20 seconds for an APC. Not referring to the base 10 second spawn cool down after squad elimination.
