EMT ER interview

I’m a newly certified EMT and I’m going in for an interview tomorrow and I don’t know how to correctly answer some of these interview questions:

“How would you handle a co worker not being nice to you?” (Basically how do you handle bitchy nurses)

“How do you handle a busy day in the ER?”
