If Congress suddenly took any interest in EMS as a whole, what kind of legislation would you want them to look at?

I always saw EMS as a "State-run" issue, because every state is going to be very different in how they do things.

But if there were ever were an opportunity for us to "go national" with something EMS related, what would you propose?
