Friends who have been labeled “too much” for any number of reasons — what helped you get your needs met?
HSPs, people who value deep connections and struggle with casual friendships, folks with anxious attachment styles, my fellow ADHDers and autists with very few levels between 0 and 100, those recovering from trauma—if you’re someone who self-identifies as (or has been accused of being) needy or intense in your relationships, how did you find fulfilling relationships and/or get your emotional needs met? What does healthy look like for you, and what’s that journey been like?
