anxious and nauseous

i just feel like crap right now. my throat feels super tight and i know that's an anxiety response typically, but it makes me feel nauseous. it feels like i have a lump in my throat and it won't go away. i also get nervous that i'll wake up and tu when my zofran wears off. i ended up taking it around 10:30-11 pm and its almost 4 am here. jm just so anxious and it's every single night. im in bed now, i was on the bathroom floor drifting in and out of sleep for a couple hours.
