Steam Sale - Which Package Do You Recommend?

About to take the ESO plunge. The basic package w/Morrowind is $7.99. Greymoor includes the base plus Greymoor, Elsweyr, and Summerset.

Which would you buy? I can swing the additional $$ but don’t want to waste it.

I am a fan. I played and enjoyed Morrowind, Oblivion and Skyrim.

I expect to play about 5-10 hrs per week.
