How many runs for Ilambris Mask Style

Everyone I have talked to has claimed to get it in their first couple runs. I did about 15 runs of Vet Crypt of Hearts 1 last night with no drop! If you have it, how many runs did it take you. Just trying to get a feel for how rare it is. Also. What is it exactly. Lol. Does it just look like the Ilambris monster helm but you can use it in an outfit station now or something or is it flaming like the arms pack is??
