Eyelid eczema help!

Does anybody have any recommendations on how to calm down my eyelid eczema. I’ve tried so many different emollients and I’m at the breaking point, even hydrocortisone cream didn’t help it. My eyelids are so swollen and feel so uncomfortable and I feel so ugly. I haven’t suffered with eyelid eczema since I was a child, I also haven’t made any diet/lifestyle changes that could cause it. Does anybody know maybe some product recommendations or life style changes that helped them with theirs? Thanks in advance!
