Barkley HOF?

I know this might be a bit early of a question to ask but is he on the hall of fame track? I don’t know how they evaluate running backs any more and I think LT was the last modern running back to make it. I can’t rebar if AP made it. But what are Saquan’s chances? What more does he need to do?
