Motorbar cleaner head rattles

Hi, recently purchased a gen5outsize and the Motorbar attachment makes a loud rattling noise like something is loose. I tried to upload a video but can’t seem to make it work. Is this normal? I don’t have too much experience with Dyson vacuums so I thought I reach out for some insight.
