Ejari Renewal Not Showing Online – Is This Normal?
Hey everyone,
I recently renewed my Ejari through our real estate agent, and I did receive a copy from him. However, when I tried to verify it online—whether through the Dubai Land Department website or the Dubai Pass app—this particular Ejari is not showing up.
Previously, when I handled the renewal myself for the same apartment, I would always receive an email confirmation immediately, and I could verify it online right away. But this time, the real estate agent insisted that the renewal had to be done through him. I paid the required fees, received the renewed Ejari copy, but now I can’t find it online.
Is this normal? Should I wait for some time for the system to update, or is there something I should be concerned about? Has anyone else experienced this?
