Sueggestion about Neighborhoods

Hi, I am a full stack developer and I am planning to move to Dubai in March.

I am looking for rental apartments up to 55k AED per year. Studio or 1 bed houses are suitable for me depending on the size.

I found a good looking apartments in Damac Hills but I have heard bad rumors. they are about like the houses are not maintained well, the neighborhood is not very good and it is not a very good place to live in general.
