Why do truck drivers (e.g. F150) have a bad reputation for reckless driving and speeding on the roads?

How true is this? I constantly over hear people making comments like “ those truck drivers are speeders, careless, instigators on the road, accident causing, and selfish etc”. The list goes on. Can anyone relate?
