Support is beyond incompetent

I had gotten my best offer in probably 2 months….standing waiting for the order and then boom it vanishes from my screen….now I restart the app a few times to see if it comes back and it doesn’t…..now I start getting now offers….i was already waiting for them to finish making it for at least 7-8 minutes

So I cal support and then they tell me I unassigned myself from the order. Which is a lie. I tell them I did not now they want me to do troubleshooting restart my app, check for updates, log in and out…. As I log in now it wants me to do the face verification…..all while on phone with support

After 10 minutes of bullshit from support I get a text message “order was cancelled you will get half pay”…..I check and boom I have the half pay

Why is support unable to see that the order is cancelled or was this agent just not very smart?
