I feel terrible! Helpppp

  • update! Someone with DD corporate contacted me and we were able to get this resolved. It was taken off the dashers profile and they were reactivated. Thank you to everyone who gave advice! Remind me to never ever leave my phone down around my child again 🥴

We dashed kfc today and when the dasher got here my neighbors dog who runs loose all the time was in our yard and the dasher was scared so I went out to get the food. Left my phone inside and my 3 year old got it with the app open and reported the dasher for unwanted sexual advances and also bought a yearly dashpass. I got a several voicemails and emails and realized what she had done and I spent over an hour getting transferred around trying to find someone to reverse this report so the dasher didn’t get in trouble. Someone from “DoorDash community response team” called and left Me a number and ext to call but every time I call it rings, answers and then hangs right up. I feel absolutely terrible I may have cost this dasher their job because my toddler got on my phone and no one at support will help me try to fix it for her. Any advice on who I can contact or what’s going to happen with this dasher?
