Confidence in your own grooms

How do you get more confident in your grooms? I know at some point down the line I will LOVE to have my own little dg business but right now I have zero confidence in my work. Everytime I finish a dog I can see tiny bits that need tweaking, and then when a tweak them, I am still not happy. My coworkers tell me the dog looks great but I have only ever been proud of one groom I've done and even that I feel could have been better.

So how on earth do I get more faith in myself and that maybe my grooms are fine its just me that doesnt like them???
