Musikding problem

So I ordered 3 kits from musikding and I got my package the problem is one of the pcb was missing and 1 knob too and it was noted and they said it is gonna be delivered to me after 1 week. It has been already over a month and I've send them over 5-6 emails the only answer I get is Did you get the package?and thats it. Apparently they say that it is supposed to be sent to me already but I got no email from DHL or the post office and I went and checked few times If I got anything delivered to my name. What should I do did anyone else had bad experience with them?
