Did Something Changed Between Tayda and EU?

Hi all.

Lately I got an Tayda delivery. But this time it was easier than ever before. I am resident of Netherlands. Previously, I was paying taxes before get the package, generally between quarter or half of the bill depends on the content. But this time I didn't pay this tax. Is it going to be happen always like this or is it a temporary thing? Also I got the package very fast like 6 days, 4 working days. I was not happy about paying so much tax before but now I am extremely happy!!
