Is there something like stranded wire with the different strands already tinned together?

Since the off-board wiring of components in pedals is my least favorite part of pedal building, and I prefer to use stranded wire for durability reasons; Is there stranded wire where the different wires have already been tinned or soldered together? Like a tin coating that holds the strands together?

My process now is cutting the wire (I use stranded awg24) to the right length, twist the strands together and then solder the strands together for a good connections. This works well, but is relatively time consuming. What do you guys use to speed up the wiring process?
