Which speakers to use with this amp?

I've done a little research but I just don't understand. This is for the workout area I built in my garage. I have this amp and one OSD audio AP670. I have one of the black On-Wall slim sub. And I have four of the Klipsch. I don't understand the ohms and watts no matter how much I read.
