Monster Rancher/Monster Farm Blu-Ray/DVD Releases?

Does Monster Farm have a blu-ray release, or just the English Monster Rancher? I only saw that the Monster Farm with the Japanese audio had a DVD release. Was curious, as I know for some others titles they'll put out the English release first, followed by the Japanese one but I'm not sure how recent the Monster Rancher blu-ray came out and if we could expect a Japanese blu-ray in the future.
