Either Dark Citadel loot is bugged or Blizzard is wildly wrong about what people want

I ran 500 runs on repeat today of Dark Citadel and got zero cosmetic drops. Literally played for 11 hours non stop. If Blizzard thinks this is what people want in the end game for a mediocre piece of cosmetic gear, they are vastly wrong. If they don’t come out and address this, or state that this is what they actually intended, I may be done with the game for good. Deeply disappointed and wish I could get my day off back… nothing is worth that amount of time
