Should I upgrade a perfect vipermagi for ladder online?

Hi, I start to play online mode for the first time, ladder. Started my first character sorc, at lvl 70 I found a perfect vipermagi from act 1 hell mob: 35 res and 13 magic damage reduce. My other gears are absolutely for a fresh start character: lore helm, spirit sword, got another vipermagi 31/13, tail Rasha ammy, magifist and other slots are just so yellows. Got a Um rune and that is, no high runes. Just wondering for a ladder character, would you consider upgrade it and how much Defense for the upper version to be worth something to trade,

I saw non upgraded 35/13 vipermagi is listed and offered a Lo. Thanks!
