Is this better than Shako? Blizz Sorc

Hi guys, I have a pretty mid sorc using Occy, Spirit, Vipermagi, Chancies, Wartravs, Mara, rare belt with bunch of life and strength (no arach), and I’m using Shako. I was wondering if I could benefit from this circlet or if I’m better off with the Shak
