T1D and Semglutides, Endo suggestions?

Any T1Ds with experience with any of the weight loss drugs? I'm looking to go down that route as my insulin sensitivity has always been outrageous. I'm taking any where from 100-200 units per day with an insulin to carb ratio of 1:4. I was previously able to manage my insulin usage and weight with diet, but since using the Smartguard feature with my Guardian sensor, my weight and insulin usage have been much harder to control. My current Endo who got me into the CGM space will not consider any of the weight loss drugs. I'm in the Philadelphia suburbs and am willing to travel up to an hour and a half to find an Endo that would be willing to prescribe for a T1D.

Any suggestions?
