Is ai killing software engineering??

Yeah sorry for the dramatic title. But since I got your attention than please stick this this post.

For context I am student ( 17 yrs) I just started learning web development from YouTube ( code with harry to be exact). I have been learning for the last 5-6 months but now I am listening that ai will replace traditional programming.

So am I wasting my time learning the syntax and logic. Is this the best approach for the future let's say the next 10 years will their still be demand

. I know prgrammers will not just vanish but he thing that scares me is that the CEO of Nvidia himself said that ai will most probably replace mist of the software engineer so what do u guys think is this field future proof or not??
