Could this be derealization

Hello,

I’m a 21M, 220lbs, 6’3. I learned about “derealization/depersonalization” a couple days ago through a TikTok video. I never knew there was a name for this condition, since I’ve had that dreamy effect for so long without realizing there was a name to it. Now, since 7/20/2024, I fainted while being in line for over 30 minutes at a restaurant. From that date I’ve had an intensified feeling of the dreamy, wanting to faint feeling, 24/7. I’ve been unable to do anything. Crowded place or talking to people increases the dreamy effect or wanting to faint. Went to a wedding a month ago and it was bad. The noise and the light overloaded my head, making me look down to avoid the bright white light. I’ve had everything perform to find the cause, MRI, CT scans, blood labs, chiropractic, but nothing, everything showing up normal. I haven’t stepped into a store because it just increase my feeling, of uneasiness, the wanting to faint/dreamy intensifies. Left side of my head feels like a strap or string that is tied it from the back, maybe vagus nerve!? I don’t know what to do anymore. Doctors are no luck since I have to wait 3 months each time for the next appointment. I’m not sure how to describe what I feel in the head, like it’s from the stem of my brain, or the part where the neck attaches, unsure. Just wanting to feel better, be able to go to stores, and stop watching life go by while I just sit in my room.
