"Spicy Dumplings Szechuan Style?"

Back in New York, I could go into nearly any Chinese restaurant and see this on the menu. One of my favorite things to order, haven't had it in over 20 years, attempted to replicate it a few times and failed.

Basically, it's an appetizer that is sorta like steamed wontons filled with pork, served in a peanut sauce with red chile flakes and scallions.

Cannot find this at any Chinese restaurant in Denver. Been to over a dozen Chinese restaurants and looked at over 30 online menus.

Has anyone seen this anywhere?
