Making the jump from some-caff to no-caff
For a few weeks now I've progressed from a daily average of 400-500 mgs to an average of maybe 30mgs (and 0 on many days).
Feels great to have much less anxious/compulsive behavior. I've been holding on to some small amounts to help with the decreased motivation of withdrawl, but after noticing how much better my sleep is on 0-caffeine days I'm realizing I want to make the full decaf change.
I have to wake up at like 4 am tomorrow to catch a flight and will be drinking my last small dose of caffeine for the forseeable future.
Interested to see how things change from small caff -> no caff. How was your experience jumping from small doses to none at all?
