Totally new to 40k

So I’m a real new fan of death guard and haven’t got much knowledge on 40k at all. I’ve bought a few but I like the look of but trying to put together a 2k points army. Can people point me in some direction of what else I can add to what I have to make it a balanced team please. It’s probably been asked 1000 times before but worth a shot. Many thanks in advance
