Fps Lost/dropping

Is anyone experiencing frame lost right now in the game? I dont know if its just cause of the halloween event and all the crazy stuff going on in the game or what. I recently upgraded my monitor for my pc to a 1440p monitor and started playing on it so i didnt know if maybe dbd cant run 1440p that well and i need to play on 1080p but i have noticed my frames barely hitting like 115fps when i used to stay at the steady 120fps, but then after that they drop down to like 90fps
