Did this happen to anyone else with the twitch drops?

So I claimed the Meg hair and shirt from the twitch drops but when I logged into the game it instead gave me the hair and pants even though I haven't claimed the pants yet. Am I screwed when it comes to receiving the meg shirt or would claiming the pants give me the shirt?
