Game suddenly stuttering?

Stuttering/choppy when running/moving. I Get it on every server. It worked perfect yesterday? Haven't changed any settings or anything else on the game or computer over night. I have plenty of space. Running it on a Shadow Cloud PC (Boost) via my laptop. Verified integrity of game files. Internet connection is good at 922Mbit/s download, 107Mbit/s upload speed
