Equip load 49,7% vs 50%?

Hey guys, I would like to ask if there is a difference between rolling in 50% and 49% specifically: I have character with 50% equip load, if I go to 49,7% will be there difference or not? It is Dark Souls 2 I heard there is a thresholds and 50% is one of them, that's why I asking
