IPTV with Cyprus free channels catch up...

A very specific need for a friend. Anyone knows an IPTV service that can support the free Cyprus channels (RIK, ANT1 etc) with a catch up mode? Is so, is it on a mag box or android device? Thank you boys & girls...A DM would suffice if you don't want to post names/links openly...
