Chafing and saddle sores due to sensitive skin. How to reduce?

I’ve been cycling for a while now and have completed some long gravel and road events. Just finished BWR San Diego yesterday, and will be doing some other 125+ mile gravel events.

I’ve seen multiple bike fitters and my bike fit feels just about perfect. But no matter what, I feel like my skin is chafing. It’s like this feeling of the chamois material “pulling” on my skin. Similar sensation as if someone grabbed your arm and twisted the skin lightly (Indian burn for a non PC term).

This always happens and by the end of a 3-4 hour ride, I’ve got saddle sores and chafed skin. After 9+ hours yesterday, I’m completely chafed with sores on both sides. Barely could do a recovery ride today.

I think it’s due to the sweat down there. I have very sensitive skin. You can poke me and my skin turns red almost instantly. Aleays have had sensitive skin.

I put a ridiculous amount of chamois cream on yesterday and I actually felt good for the first 4-5 hours, but today I’m dying.

Any experience or recommendations?

Notes: my bibs are new. Assos bibs, DNA cycling bibs, and others. All the same experience. Same experience on both bikes with specialized power saddle. I use alcohol after and acne treatment and desitin to treat sores. Remove bib right away after riding. Never reuse bibs before washing. Wash inside out.
