Mammon - tips on leveling up

I just got Mammon, level 8 about to be level 9.

I don’t have any upgrades for him unlocked yet because again, just got him. Should I prioritize any skill upgrades or just save up my hero coin things to upgrade him as I collect cards?

And if I should prioritize any skill upgrades - which ones??
