Midi and audio aren't on time when importing

I'm a fairly new Cubase user coming over from Studio One and for some reason the audio and midi stems I am using won't stay on time. I have tried exporting directly from Studio One into Cubase but I still have no luck. Does anyone know any solutions to this? It's driving me insane and I can't continue working on them without them being on time.
