Radio Silence in a Week Since Hiring Manager Round - Is it Over?

Long story short, I got past a recruiter call, moved on to talking to the hiring manager, got some feedback a day later saying that they got feedback from the hiring manager and want to move me forward to schedule me for 3 technical rounds and to expect a follow up email from another recruiter "in a few days" that will include the link to setting up a schedule.

But it's been a week and a half with no follow up. I sent a follow up email after a week expressing thanks replying to the last correspondence (them telling me that there'd be somebody else reaching out to me "soon" to schedule next rounds) but haven't heard anything back, as you could probably guess. The only remotely close to communication is seeing that an anonymous recruiter from that company viewed my profile five days after my interview, but so far nothing new in my inbox.

Question is, am I cooked? Is there anything I can, or more than that, anything I particularly should do at this point or just write it off as a lost cause to preserve my sanity?

Unsure of conventional standards for timeline here.
