Fps issues/drops

Hello. I’m using rtx 4070 super with ryzen 5600x and 32gb ram. I’m averaging 400 fps but get huge fps drops when near smoke or molotov dropping all the way down to 200fps.

Both cpu and gpu are on 50% usage. Does anyone else have this issue?
